Requisitos: Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications ? University degree in engineering, energy resource management or environmental management ? Minimum 5 years experience in technical and commercial aspects of the transport sector, particularly those related to environmental management, control systems, sustainable transport policies/strategies, and impact assessment ? Experience in working with assessment of GHG impact of transport infrastructures would be an advantage ? Experience with a broad range of energy efficiency technologies and best practices applied to the transport sector, preferably gained within emerging markets context ? Proven track record of multi-disciplinary analysis of transport projects, preferably within environmental and social impact energy context ? Strong interest in the environmental, transport and energy sector and public policy issues associated with the countries of central and eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, in particular issues surrounding the Kyoto Protocol of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change ? Very good written and verbal communication skills in English ? Computer literate, in particular with understanding of transport/traffic modelling and use of Excel.
