Buscamos un candidato que reportará al Director de Construcción,

Funciones:

Asesorar y coordinar el equipo de tráfico de un proyecto.
Decidir la estrategia de la logística de transporte de materiales y equipos de los proyectos.
Asesorar a la Dirección en la toma de decisiones relativas a la logística de los proyectos.
Negociar y elaborar los contratos de transporte.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas correspondientes.

Requerimos para el puesto:

Experiencia previa de al menos 10 años en comercio exterior
Experiencia de al menos 5 en tráfico internacional de equipos o materiales industriales.
Capacidad de negociación al mas alto nivel
Experiencia en proyectos nacionales y/o internacionales en proyectos EPC / EPCM
Con interés y capacidad de integrarse en una importante multinacional
Proyecto nacional.
Inglés y Español fluido.
Posición en Madrid con disponibilidad de desplazamiento a obra nacional y/o internacional si fuese necesario.

Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities
- Using a forecasting system to obtain relevant information regarding delivery requirements.
- Build relationship with customer engagement team in order to identify areas for improvement.
- Schedule to fulfil customer requirements based on orders received, forecasted customers in order that customer have no process issues.
- Prioritise redline and safety sensitive customers.
- Proactively follow escalation guidelines.
- Optimise trips to maximise key performance indicatorsto take into account: weekly plan allocations; deliver at target refill; optimise full loads where applicable; cluster customers to improve efficiencies; optimise larger trailers.
- Optimise efficiencies by using measurement tools available.
- React to changes in resource / customer demand and re-optimise accordingly.
- Follow agreed work process with regards to trip building.
- Complete a shift handover for dispatchers.
- Follow quality procedures in relation to reacting to “Emergency Response”

JOB ROLE

Working along with the Spanish Sales Manager the Administrative Coordinator has the responsibility of:
- Order receiving and order follow-up;
- Order processing: liaising with the different departments involved (design, production, quality and other Departments all over the world); monitor the delivery progress; manage changes.
- Be the contact point for the Spanish clients: handle customer enquiries, manage orders, billing invoices, process to credit collection (if necessary).
- Coordinating changes in the delivery, due to transportation or production issues: maintain the client informed about the delivery progress; escalation to the relevant departments and liaising with the drivers.
- You will have to be able to work in a constantly changing environment by supporting clients inquiries/ needs via email and phone regarding services, information, logistic support.
- You will have to show great communication skills, patience, abilities to provide appropriate solutions and organisational qualities.
