El candidato será responsable de:

Dirigir el departamento de compras de los proyectos EPC de la compañía a nivel mundial.

Crear e implantar los sistemas de aprovisionamiento proyectos nacionales e internacionales.
Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de compradores en todas las fases del proyecto, tanto en las fases de Ingeniería, construcción, puesta en marcha, entrega y operación en periodo de garantía.Coordinar al equipo de inspección a proveedores.
Coordinar al equipo de activadores.
Reportar a la dirección de situación real de los proyectos en su ambito de competencia.
Crear y desarrollar una política mejora continua.
Responsable de coordinar las áreas de Control de la Calidad, Aseguramiento de la Calidad , HSE.

Se requiere para cubrir esta posición:

Titulación de Ingeniería Superior
Tener dominio aprovisionamiento en el área civil, mecánica, eléctrica, instrumentación, unidades paquete
Más de 10 años de experiencia como comprador en proyectos EPC Oil & Gas.
Alto nivel de inglés.
Residencia en Madrid.
Disponibilidad para viajar.

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for purchase order transactional support for the assigned country or country cluster related to Belgium.

Additionally this position is directly accountable for:

¿ All transactional purchases (against existing agreements) and resolution of associated requisition to pay (RTP) discrepancies
¿ The execution of low value purchase orders (under $3500) where requisition is sourced.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Order processing

¿ Creation of Purchase orders (PO¿s) against existing agreements
¿ Creation of low value PO¿s from sourced requisitions
¿ Liaising with Procurement Buyers to ensure they progress bids for un-sourced and un-priced reqs over $3500.
¿ Tracking and chasing orderconfirmations for receipt, delivery and price
¿ Raising PO amendments as/if required
¿ Processing Request for Price (RFP) for un-priced orders

Discrepancy resolution

¿ Invoice discrepancy chasing, resolution and reporting
¿ Ensuring queries are received, disseminated for resolution, processedand / or written off in accordance with the agreed monthly Finance cycles.
¿ Resolution of vendor data issues associated with invoice and discrepancy resolution

Others

¿ Liaising with Vendor master technicians to update and correct vendor master data (fax details, pay to
details etc) as required.
¿ KPIs reporting

Coordinador de tráfico para grandes proyectos EPC

Buscamos un candidato que reportará al Director de Construcción,

Funciones:

Asesorar y coordinar el equipo de tráfico de un proyecto.
Decidir la estrategia de la logística de transporte de materiales y equipos de los proyectos.
Asesorar a la Dirección en la toma de decisiones relativas a la logística de los proyectos.
Negociar y elaborar los contratos de transporte.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas correspondientes.

Requerimos para el puesto:

Experiencia previa de al menos 10 años en comercio exterior
Experiencia de al menos 5 en tráfico internacional de equipos o materiales industriales.
Capacidad de negociación al mas alto nivel
Experiencia en proyectos nacionales y/o internacionales en proyectos EPC / EPCM
Con interés y capacidad de integrarse en una importante multinacional
Proyecto nacional.
Inglés y Español fluido.
Posición en Madrid con disponibilidad de desplazamiento a obra nacional y/o internacional si fuese necesario.
