Siliken, a key player in the photovoltaic market nationally and internationally, is looking for a SALES PLANNER for the central offices situated in Paterna.

The position will depend directly from the Sales Planning and Logistics Manager and will be involved with the following tasks:

- Sales planning applying the criteria defined, with the aim of improving the internal workflow and guaranteeing the quality of the customer service.
- Daily communication with the international subsidiaries.
- Programming the international sales system.
- Coordination with the different departments on an international level to maintain the quality of the customer service.
- Collaborate with the administrative tasks generated.
- Maintenance of the internal indicators.

Our client, a prestigious multinational company, is looking for a:

LOGISTICS PARTNER WITH ENGLISH

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and being part of a team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the correct distribution in his allocated market of all his portfolio of products. He willbe a key partner to the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance teams.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

¿ Contact with the Commercial and Sales Department to calculate proposal orders for products (Spain market), future volume needs based on sales estimations and within the frame of the contract agreements, considering new promotions and new launches.

¿ Contact with the International Customer Service Department in order to make a firm order of products according to the markets needs so they can be provided on time and on budget.

¿ Matching market product needs with financial requirements

¿ Check that shipments are performed according to schedules (preparing Shipment Plan and deliveries). Controlling if all containers are in line with the plan.

¿ Solving incidences related to logistic activity

¿ Update logistics database with any information received during the monthfrom any of the parties involved (Customer Services Departments, Planning Department, Marketing, etc.). This information is related to sales, stock adjustments, new packaging projects etc.

¿ Price changes. Confirm with the client the new invoice price calculated, in case of change in any component of the price structure, providing this information to the Finance department for approval and inform the Customer Services HQ.

¿ Ensure that all the product supply process is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly

¿ Perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.

Para nuestro departamento de Demand Planning dentro del área de Supply Services buscamos un DEMAND PLANNER para una POSICIÓN TEMPORAL hasta septiembre, cuya misión será la gestión diaria de la demanda de las referencias bajo su responsabilidad.

Las responsabilidades específicas de su función serán:
- Gestionar y planificar la demanda de unas gamas determinadas de productos de RB
- Gestionar y planificar la producción de los co-packers para la comercial española y portuguesa
- Realizar el seguimiento de las producciones de las fábricas del grupo
- Realizar el seguimiento de las producciones, del transporte y gestión de los productos fabricados en co-packers
- Realizar todas las transferencias de stock entre las diferentes comerciales del grupo
- Confirmar a proveedores las facturas de transporte de co-packers
- Realizar tareas de soporte en la preparación trimestral de losdatos para el envío de los KPIs a nuestro HQ
- Realizar tareas de apoyo mensual en la elaboración de la documentación necesaria para enviar a la central los KPIs (forecast, situación de inventarios, semanas de stock por producto entre otros…)
- Realizar tareas de soporte en la gestión de la documentación necesaria para enviar los KPIs de roturas y otras situaciones a solucionar y en la elaboración de la documentación necesaria para enviar a la central

Precisamos un/a call-off (aprovisionador/a), para nuestro departamento de planning.
Cubrirá una baja que se prevee de larga duración.

Tareas:
Planning / control : Manage service/inventory for regular launches&promos.
- Review and manage exception messages via MPR with suppliers and planners, ensuring they are stricty needed inside the firmed period.
- Monthly review IP compliance agreed with suppliers.
- Manage rolling forecast witrh suppliers ensuring they run productions within the correct period and advise in case of MOQ conflict.
- Manage with suppliers quality rejections within next 24h and returns within one week.
- Inform about any possible delay in component availability, due to supplier delay or lack of reactivity, sharing the information with planners to measure the level of urgency.
- Analize and propose to planners about Overdue supplier stock, checking at first stock responsability.
- Anticipate lack of supply at mid term and propose corrective actions.
- Analize (specially before FY end) the quantity of components to be deliered assuring they are strictly needed in qty and date.
- Leadership team meetings with calloff community to review and improve processes which add value to our product.
