About the job:
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working in the Supply Chain division. Your objective will be the coordination
Your main responsabilities:
-Propose the short and medium term strategies, objectivesand responsibilities of the department
-Implement and follow strategies established by the Management.
-Plan and organize the work of his/her direct collaborators.
-Monitor the department budget.
-Represent the department in dialogues with customers and suppliers.
-Propose new standard operating procedures.
-Monitor compliance to quality, prevention and environmental standards in the department.
-Prepare balanced scorecards for the department.
-Attend General Meetings of the Department.
-Ensure the flow of information to direct collaborators regarding company issues.
-Propose training activities of department personnel.
-Evaluate the department team and propose changes in conditions and promotions to the Management.
-Train and motivate the department team.
-Define the functions of his/her collaborators, and be responsible for their application, review and evaluation.
-Participate in theselection of new collaborators
-Be responsible for the incorporation and communication of new employees in the department.
-Assume and transmit the company’s culture and values.
