As an international procurement auditor you will:

Prepare and perform international audit projects on key corporate procurement and supply chain functions and procedures of the Sales Lines and Cross-divisional Service companies.

Identify critical risks and control deficiencies and develop effective audit programs to address risk areas

Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls as well as the supply chain processes.

Prepare and present reports on the audit findings and conclusions to management at local and group level in a concise and efficientmanner.

Establish and maintain professional relationship with audited units and to act as supportive colleague within Group Internal Audit.

Requisitos: Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications ? University degree in engineering, energy resource management or environmental management ? Minimum 5 years experience in technical and commercial aspects of the transport sector, particularly those related to environmental management, control systems, sustainable transport policies/strategies, and impact assessment ? Experience in working with assessment of GHG impact of transport infrastructures would be an advantage ? Experience with a broad range of energy efficiency technologies and best practices applied to the transport sector, preferably gained within emerging markets context ? Proven track record of multi-disciplinary analysis of transport projects, preferably within environmental and social impact energy context ? Strong interest in the environmental, transport and energy sector and public policy issues associated with the countries of central and eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, in particular issues surrounding the Kyoto Protocol of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change ? Very good written and verbal communication skills in English ? Computer literate, in particular with understanding of transport/traffic modelling and use of Excel. The role of the Director of Purchasing for European Operations is for the purpose/s of developing, organizing and maintaining an effective system of supply chain management:
Determining benchmark procurement methods, initiating required bidding processes to support product development, consideringtotal cost, while working with manufacturing operations and engineering to identifying products which will enhance efficiency, effectiveness and continuously improve the total landed cost of the European business units in conjunction with global commodity leadership teams.

In addition, the position will be responsible for supply chain rationalization, and performance, based on established performance metrics.

Prepares, recommends and manages department budget(s) for the purpose of ensuring effective department functioning.

Negotiates agreements and contracts with vendors and suppliers for the purpose of ensuring best total cost.

Oversees purchase order, contract, bid and budgetary expenditure processes for the purpose of ensuring accurate allocation of funds and/or adherence to globally established targets, initiatives and policies.

Evaluates documentation (e.g. request for proposals, requisitions, change orders, bids, contracts, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring continuous improvement on cost and service for acquisition of supplies, equipment and/or services.
