Como Manager de Compras formarás parte del Departamento Comercial reportando directamente al VP Distribution Sales&Marketing. Serás responsable del correcto funcionamiento del área de compras.

Tus principales funciones consistirán en:

-Responsable de la gestión y el cierre de todas las transacciones de órdenes de compra
-Creación y mantenimiento de todos los contratos de proveedores, en colaboración con ventas y marketing.
-Responsable de la presentación de informes y ajuste de costos con los proveedores
-Asegurar el cumplimiento del contrato con todos los proveedores
-Gestionarel proceso para las actividades de compra y firmas para su aprobación
-Gestión de precios con el comprador / equipos de planificación y de la Alta Dirección.
-Desarrolla e implementar los procedimientos de adquisiciones
-Mejora los sistemas y práctica de negocio
-Responsable de la creación y mantenimiento de procesos de negocio de gestión de ISO

LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE WITH ENGLISH

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and being part of a team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the correct distribution in his allocated market of all his portfolio of products. He will be a key partner to the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance teams.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

¿ Contact with the Commercial and Sales Department to calculate proposal orders for products (Spain market), future volume needs based on sales estimations and within the frame of thecontract agreements, considering new promotions and new launches.

¿ Contact with the International Customer Service Department in order to make a firm order of products according to the markets needs so they can be provided on time and on budget.

¿ Matching market product needs with financialrequirements

¿ Check that shipments are performed according to schedules (preparing Shipment Plan and deliveries). Controlling if all containers are in line with the plan.

¿ Solving incidences related to logistic activity

¿ Update logistics database with any information received during the month from any of the parties involved (Customer Services Departments, Planning Department, Marketing, etc.). This information is related to sales, stock adjustments, new packaging projects etc.

¿ Price changes. Confirm with the client the new invoice price calculated, in case of change in any component of the price structure, providing this information to the Finance department for approval and inform the Customer Services HQ.

¿ Ensure that all the product supply process is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly

¿ Perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.
