For a Europe-wide project for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers we are looking for an experienced

Consultant (m/f).

After a structured introduction you will develop the parts sales of dealers across Europe while considering dealer logistics to be capable of delivering the goods in the required time and quality. You will coach and train key personnel in the different countries and make sure that new methodologies and processes are implemented in order to ensure sustainable change in running the dealers’ sales organizations.

While our headquarters are located in Cologne, you will be able to stay where you are; however, travelling to different European markets will be required.

Requisitos: Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications ? University degree in engineering, energy resource management or environmental management ? Minimum 5 years experience in technical and commercial aspects of the transport sector, particularly those related to environmental management, control systems, sustainable transport policies/strategies, and impact assessment ? Experience in working with assessment of GHG impact of transport infrastructures would be an advantage ? Experience with a broad range of energy efficiency technologies and best practices applied to the transport sector, preferably gained within emerging markets context ? Proven track record of multi-disciplinary analysis of transport projects, preferably within environmental and social impact energy context ? Strong interest in the environmental, transport and energy sector and public policy issues associated with the countries of central and eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, in particular issues surrounding the Kyoto Protocol of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change ? Very good written and verbal communication skills in English ? Computer literate, in particular with understanding of transport/traffic modelling and use of Excel. Competencies and Personal Attributes: ? Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills, willingness to travel and ability to work independently ? Ability to operate sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues ? Good relationship management and influencing skills ? Creativity and resilience in pursuit of complex objectives ? Result-oriented, self-motivated, with tenacity to reach goals despite obstacles, enthusiastic attitude and ability for sustained high work level ? An aptitude for combining technical expertise with the ability to manage business relationships and sound commercial judgement ? An awareness of the climate change agenda and a clear willingness/ability to pursue operations that can be implemented and are mitigating to climate change.
