The job:
As a Costumer Operations Agent will make the service a competitive advantage by providing to customers timely and accurate information, as well as, support for issues resolution. Work with other internal departments in order to maximize delivery precision and ensure the continued successful integration of all supply chain operational tasks associated to the order to cash process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Entry: Ensure timely and accurate order entry and keep clean the tools that filter invalid data.
-Order Maintenance: Track and maintain orders and resolve product flow issues.
- Order Allocation: Manage, resolve or escalate any issue related to order allocation.
- Order Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customer distribution centre or customer point of sale
- Cancellation Management. Manage and communicate to the customer dropped or cancelled orders.
- Learn the basic principles of Account Management relating to the specific areas of product flow and logistic processes.
- Face to face contact with Customer and Sales to build solid relationships
- Focus on process improvement through team work.
- Set and support shipping forecast.
- Analyse and interpret reports, in order to provide relevant data, useful for decision making.
- Provide relevant information regarding claims & returns.
Organise files and information to ensure efficient service.
- Answer in-coming telephone calls from clients and other internal departments.
- Communicate professionally, efficiently and tactfully with clients and internal departments through verbal and written communication.
