The purpose of this role is to manage a team of resourcing executives responsible for the recruitment and tracking of IT contractors and consultants globally at the request of IT Demand, IT Services and IT Delivery project. At any point in time the team will me managing around 200-300 contractors although they are not accountable for the budget of the individual contractors. The role carries line management responsibility of up to 5-6 reports distributed globally.
