You have strong background in supporting product line for solutions deployed in operations particularly in an industrial area (aeronautics, automotive or ships building). You should have the following: – Knowledge of and experience in one or more specific areas: Network, Systems, Process (ITIL), PLM (Catia V5 / Windchill), DMU. – SAP, ERP – UNIX, LINUX. In addition, you are: – Customer minded and responsible. – Easy to work with and a good team player. – Able to cope with high workload peaks. – Able to work in a project mode. – Focused on quality, autonomous and reliable. Your ability to manage could be a plus. A negotiation level in English is mandatory for these positions and knowledge of another EADS language can be a plus (French, German or Spanish).
